Why We Love It
Coconut milk is lactose free and it can comsumed by people with lactose intolerance.
Kiwis have around five times the amount of vitamin C than oranges. They also contain vitamin K which promotes blood clotting for the healing of wounds.
These smoothies look really nice and as we all know, that is half the battle of trying to get kids to try new things! Try to use a clear water bottle for lunch so that they can see the double decker effect!
