Why We Love It

Iron, phosphorus zinc & magnesium are all found in Cashew nuts. They are good for your blood, bones and teeth, your skin and your heart.

Broccoli contains folic acid and that helps your body to fight disease. It also contains Vitamin K which is good for your blood and bones.

Lean organic chicken is a very good source of high density, low fat protein, and a good source of selenium, zinc, niacin, Vitamin E, betacarotene, and Vitamins B6 and B12.


What You'll Need


2 cm piece fresh root ginger
1 x Orange
1 tsp x Soy Sauce
1 tsp x Honey
1 tsp x White Wine Vinegar
3 x Chicken Breasts (optional)
1 x Cup Broccoli
1 x Red Pepper
½ x Cup Baby Sweetcorn
6 x Spring Onions
1 tsp x Sunflower Oil
½ x Cup Cashew Nuts
Quick Noodles






Method


Skin the ginger and slice it into thin slices and then cut the slices into sticks.



Get the orange squeeze the juice from it. ut the juice into a bowl along with the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Whisk.


Slice the chicken breasts into strips and put them into the bowl Wash your hands. Prepare the peppers and the broccoli and cut them into small pieces. Slice the sweet corn into long strips and cut the spring onions into small slices


Add a teaspoon of sesame oil to a pan and heat it for about one minute. Toss the chicken onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned all over. Remove the chicken and place it on a plate.


Next add some sunflower oil to the pan heat for around 1 minute. Add the veg to the pan and cook for around 3 minutes, then put the chicken back in.


Add the orange mix to the an and mix everything together. Cook for further 5 minutes until the veg is tender and then throw in the cashew nuts and stir.


Serve over noodles (boil for 2 minutes) or boil in the bag rice ( ready in 2 minutes). Beware that rice does not keep well after it is cooked!
