Why We Love It
Avocados contain unsaturated fat and vitamin E which is good for your skin, blood and hair. It may also hel prevent diseases.
Garlic may stop colds from occuring and is also good for your blood circulation. It contains potassium and that is good for the workings of some of your organs!
What You'll Need
Guacamole:
2 ripe avocados
½ lemon
1 x clove of garlic
2 x drops pepper sauce
4 x ripe tomatoes
3 tsp low-fat Greek yogurt
Veg Sticks:
1 x carrot
1 x red pepper
2 x celery sticks
½ x cucumber
Method
Slice an avcado in half and remember to remove the stone. Then chop the flesh into small squares.
Crush the lemon juice into a bowl and crush the gralic into the bowl. Add 2 drops of pepper sauce. Mash the avocado with a fork.
Slice the tomatoes into quarters. Remove the seeds and green core of each slice. Chop the tomatoes into small slices.
Add the tomatoes and yogurt to the mix and stir them together. Add squeeze of lemon and serve.
After washing your veg, peel the carrot and remove the seeds from the pepper. Slice the veg into finger length strips.
