1 spoonful of almond or peanut butter.
3 spoonfuls of flax seeds.
½ a cup of almond or normal milk, you can even use yogurt.
Add a few drops of honey.
Add a drop of almond extract.
Method
Add all items into a blender and blend until there is no lumps.
Pour the mix into a glass and enjoy your smoothie.
