 Sheila O Malley runs Practical Parenting. Sheila qualified with Dr Tony Humphreys as a Parent Mentor and creates Parenting programmes from One to One Mentoring in addition to her ongoing courses, talks and workshops to individuals and companies or organisations. She has been a Parenting Correspondent for Independent Newspapers and has run a Parenting slot on TV3's Ireland Am as well as Radio work. Our parenting courses focus on building positive respectful relationships within the family, improving communication, reducing conflict and increasing cooperation, bringing calmness to everyday parenting situations. We provide courses for parents of 6-11 year olds and teenagers as well as 1 to 1 parent support sessions.
