The GAA Museum is delighted to welcome primary school teachers and their pupils to the home of Gaelic Games in 2023. Our guided stadium tours and museum visits have been a favourite destination for school tours for many years and we can’t wait to see you again.
Options for Primary Schools include a behind-the-scenes tour of Croke Park stadium, a Junior Explorer trail around the museum and for 6th class visits, our Skydium tour combining both the Skyline and Stadium experiences. Younger classes can also add a Cú Chulainn workshop to their visit.
Go behind the scenes at Croke Park on our famous stadium tour. Your class will visit the dressing rooms, walk pitch-side and learn about Ireland’s most famous sporting arena. They’ll also take a seat in the stands to hear about the history of the GAA and have the chance to practice their own Gaelic games skills in the museum’s interactive games zone. This visit includes a screening of our film ‘September Days’ too. Here you’ll see how Croke Park prepares for All-Ireland final day.
Take your stadium tour to new heights by combining it with a Kellogg's Skyline Croke Park Tour! Your class will experience all the highlights of the Croke Park Tour including before climbing the steps to the roof of Croke Park to take our thrilling Kellogg's Skyline Croke Park Tour! The Skyline walkway is 17 storeys high on the roof of Croke Park giving your class the best views of Dublin. Our Tour Guides will point out the city’s most famous landmarks and tell you some stories about the Irish capital.
