anyone going to pay up or fight against it.because at the end of the day any minder who minds at home will be effected.the costs of using the toilet drinks and so on. we all ready pay water charges through road tax.i think its 5%

Think I´m going to fight it. I don´t mind paying for water if the rates are kept realistic and the water drinkable but I have a huge issue with putting pps numbers on form especially my children´s.

Same thing with septic tank charge...didnt pay the 5euro n ended up getting caught for 50euro....
Payments to be made are in todays paper for unmetred charges...

not much point in fighting it its going to happen and that´s the end of it. look at those people that decided not to pay their house hold charge thinking that that they would get away with it and low and behold they end up paying it and interest on top of their property tax. I remember having to pay water charges 19yrs ago when we moved in to our house but the difference was it was a set amount so no worring about how much you were using so in that respect I wish they had opted for a set amount per household.
