Does anybody know if it is legal to secretly videotape a childminder in the childs home? I am very uncomfortable after finding what I believe to be, a video camera in the area where I generally take care of the baby. I have absolutely nothing to hide as I look after the child with the same level of care and attention as I would my own children. However, I feel at the very least I should have been notified. Really not happy and not sure where to go from here. Any helpful comments appreciated. Thank you in advance.
