Insurance for Childcare 09/01/2013 21:07 - How Much Should I Charge or Pay ----------------------------------- Hi there
New to the whole childminder world and currently trying to find a childminder for our 6 1/2 month old starting from March. There seems to be a mix bag of people who offer insurance, which is included in the daily rate, and then people who don´t? Can someone please advise me on the insurance situation? If a childminder is looking after my child in their own home should they have some kind of blanket insurance and if not do I need to take out additional insurance? I have two childminders in mind, 1 has a rate of 45euro p/d including meals and insurance, the other is 5euro an hour, which would work out the same per day but they don´t offer insurance? any thoughts/advice would be very much welcomed!!!
