Varying the type of breads used for lunches is a great way of adding variety without too much hassle, Panini or Ciabatta bread are a great alternative to the traditional sliced pan.

Turkey is not just for Christmas! Turkey is a great source of protein and nutrients containing, iron, zinc, potassium and phosphorus. It is also a source of vitamin B6 and niacin, which are both essential for the body’s energy production.

Lettuce, sliced vegetables and a light dressing or sauce may be added for extra flavour.

Rice cakes are a light treat and come with various toppings. Rice contains fibre and is a carbohydrate providing longer lasting energy, it is also low in calories.
